Antique Advertising Toilet Cistern Chain Pull - Latvian

A lovely antique advertising ceramic toilet / light pull with the words "M.GOLDBLAT & DELS. RIGA. Terbatas iela Nr.16" imprinted under the glaze. I think it is Latvian, but please correct me if wrong.

Pull measures 12cm (4 3/4") long

In good condition but there is a hairline  and chip to the hanging hole at the top. Still solid and will not effect its everyday use.
