Large Victorian Butlers Box Bell - Self Contained

A very unique fully restored antique self contained door bell. In 100% working order with a lovely satin finish.

This is an unusually designed bell, with all the workings being encased within the cast iron mount under the actual brass bell. The wooden mount is shaped to fit snugly at ceiling height. or under a servants bell box. Decorative beveled edges.

The ring loud, but a little clunky. It will work with 6v battery or bell transformer. The mechanism is stamped "Patent".
