Antique Victorian 6 Room Butler's / Servant's Indicator Signal Box & Bell - Hasland Chesterfield Derbyshire

An elegant 6 room butlers indicator box with integrated bell.

Professionally restored and fully tested, in 100% working order. When a button in a room is pressed the bell sounds and the corresponding flag twinkles from side to side to alert the staff which room requires assistance. You can wire it up to use as a novel front and back door bell indicator.

The hardwood case is beautifully crafted with box joints and recessed detailing to front. The gold writing is in good condition but on close inspection there is one area of fade on the Drawing Room window.

The rooms consist of FRONT DOOR, DRAWING ROOM, DINING ROOM, - BEDROOMS 1,2, SPARE ROOM. And the makers name H.BEARDOW ELECTRICIAN HASLAND (which is a village in Chesterfield, Nottinghamshire).

The red striped flags are handcrafted replacements with aged look. The black paint is in excellent condition with minimal aging.
