A pair of fabulous Art Deco solid brass chrome plated shower mixer taps. All parts are original and some stamped with the manufacturer's name and logo - "Barwil" - Barber Willsons & Co. A world emblem and some italics.
Chrome "H" and "C" inserts with black surrounds on the taps.The shower head is slightly adjustable by using the ball joint. There is an On/Off tap just below the shower head.
Solid brass fittings which are compatible with modern day fixings.
Measures:
- 20cm (8") wide - centre tap to centre tap
- shower will project aprox 41cm (16") from wall
- taps will project 8cm (3 1/4") from wall
- weigh just over 4.5kg
In excellent condition, no wear to the chrome plating and just a few slight age related marks. There are a couple of deeper scratches at the base of the shower arm, but these can be concealed by sinking it deeper into your wall and hiding under the shroud.
