Restored Art Deco Adamsez Toilet, Wooden Seat & Semi High Level Cistern set

A very rare opportunity to purchase a high quality fully restored Art Deco toilet set. Consists of toilet, wooden seat, pipe and ceramic cistern. It is a complete set, all original and ready to fit. Circa 1930.

The seat has been completely restored and given a satin finish. All the screws, hinges and mounts are solid brass. The cistern has been completely restored and the mechanism serviced to ensure it flushes easily and effortlessly. There is no damage to the cistern but crazing to the glaze in places. The solid brass nuts and flush handle are all original.

The toilet is in very good condition with some crazing and staining to the rear, most of which cannot be seen when the toilet is in situ. It is an unusual shape with built in splash guards to the front and back.

Both the toilet and cistern are very thick and substantial, making it a very heavy set.
