Antique Victorian 4 Room Butler's / Servant's Indicator Signal Box & Bell - Read & Partners, Stamford

An elegant 4 room butlers indicator box with duck egg green face. Sign written READ & PARTNERS Ltd, 42 STAMFORD St. S.E.1.

Professionally restored and fully tested, in 100% working order. When a button in a room is pressed the corresponding flag twinkles from side to side to alert the staff which room requires assistance. You can wire it up to use as a novel front and back door bell indicator.

The hardwood case is beautifully crafted with box joints and brass tack detailing to front. The black sign writing is in good condition but there are some black marks to the green metal face plate.

The rooms consist of BED Rm 1, SITTING Rm, BED Rm 2.
