An antique earthenware high level 'The Kingston' toilet. Circa 1800s. Very heavy as it's made from earthenware.


  • 41.5cm (16 3/4") high
  • 64cm (25 1/4") deep (to back of water inlet pipe)
  • 50cm (9 3/4") deep (to back of soil pipe)
  • 37cm (14 1/4") wide
  • Bowl hole 30cm (11 3/4") front to back
  • Waste hole 11.5cm (4 1/2") diameter
The toilet is in very good condition, there are some age related marks, a hairline to the top rim and some spider legs around one fixing hole. There are two areas of restoration to the top back which will be hidden once the seat is fitted. None of these are significant.
