Antique Porcelain High Level Toilet Chain Pull - Ribbon & Reg No

A lovely Victorian ceramic toilet / light pull with solid brass fittings. Crafted in the late 19th century with the words "PULL" & "Reg No 33870" imprinted within a ribbon design under the glaze. A beautifully tactile design this pull is one of the more unusually shaped ones,

Brass cap is stamped "The Utility Patent".
Measures:

• 11cm (4 1/4") long including brass fixings (not loop)

Cleaned but unpolished and retains all of its original patina.

In good condition but there are some age related marks including a hairline crack to the middle - still stable and useable as it's secured by a brass centre rod.
