Pairs Art Deco Antique Glass Door Knobs & Brass Backplates Circa 1920

One pair of original antique Art Deco brass and glass door knobs with original brass plated back plates. There are 4 pairs available in total.

The 12 sided glass knobs have mercury mirrored centres which, all bar one, still retain all of their amazing sparkle.

Each knob measures 5cm (2") wide and will project 6cm (2 1/4") from the door.

Each back plate measures 17.5cm (7") high and 5cm (2") wide. The distance between the centre of the keyhole and the knob centre measures 6cm (2 1/4").

They can be used with mortise, or rim locks (only one back plate required). We can also send them with two bolts to use on wardrobe or cupboard doors instead - please email when ordering.

The solid brass shanks and plates have been given a light clean and still retain some of their antique charm. 

The plates are in good condition, but there is wear to the brass plating, giving them that shabby chic look. The knobs are in good antique condition with minimal signs of use.
