Large Antique Glass & Brass Entrance Door Centre Knob Pull

A unique opportunity to purchase a stunning and highly rare centre door pull hand-crafted from cut glass and brass. Ideal for your front door, or grand entrance. High quality handle, without makers mark, but there are the numbers "8868" stamped on the back.

Multi faceted glass face with pointed head, mercury and star pattern center. 

• knob 8cm (3") across
• backplate 8.5cm (3 1/4") across
• will project 9.5cm (3 3/4") from the door

The solid brass fixings have been given a light polish, but will tarnish over time as they have not been lacquered. Has an attractive verdigris patina to the inside of the glass knob.

In very good antique condition without any notable damage, but does have some tiny flea bites (show up more in the photos). Weighs 800g.
