An unusual sympathetically restored vintage industrial cast iron fire bell made by Gents of Leicester England. This would probably have been installed in an industrial setting, or perhaps in a school or church. In 100% working order with a satin metal finish.
Cast iron casing, solid brass bell and steel hammer strike.
This is a very substantial piece, see the first picture for size comparison to an ordinary sized bell. The ring is loud and crisp, but deep and very imposing.

Stamped to the back "B6/8"B145Will work with 8-12 volt supply. Just above the bell is stamped "BRITISH MADE".
In excellent condition, fully restored cast iron casing, but does have some small paint chips from storage.
