Antique Victorian Servants Signal Box + Bell

An unusual antique butlers bell box with integral bell. Professionally restored and fully tested, in 100% working order. It is stamped with a makers mark to the inside and underside, but I can't make them out.

When a button in a room is pressed the bell on the box rings and the corresponding flag twinkles from side to side to alert the staff which room requires assistance. 

The hardwood case is beautifully crafted with box joints, brass screws and hinges. The gold writing is in good condition with some areas of wear. They consist of DRAWING ROOM, PARLOUR and NO.2.Bedroom.

• 21cm (8 1/4") high
• 31cm (12 1/4") wide
• 7.75cm (3") deep

The ordinal red striped flags are all intact, but they do have old stains on them. The black paint is in very good condition, but there are a few lifted flecks (see photo where I've used the light to highlight these), but once in situ shouldn't be detrimental to it's display. The steel bell is very pitted on the side that has been exposed for 100+ years.
