8" x 5 3/4" Victorian Cast Iron Door Rim Lock, Key & Keep

A huge antique cast iron rim lock. It comes complete with original working key (works from both sides) and a handcrafted replacement keep.

The lock has been professionally restored to a very high standard and is in full working order. It's has been given a satin lacquered finish.

Will fit a right hung door. 

Measurements:

• Lock: 20cm (8") wide, 14.3cm (5 3/4") high and 3cm (1 1/4") thick
• Keep: 2.75cm (1") wide, 14cm (5 1/2") high and 2.75cm (1") thick
• Key: 11.3cm (4 1/4") long
• The center of the keyhole is 8.5cm from the edge of the deadlock side

An impressive piece weighing just over 1.7kg.
