One pair of antique cut glass door knobs with flat faces, silver centre star pattern and solid brass concealing backplates. Circa 1900s.
The backplates have a concealing face plate that hides the fixing screws and creates a smooth high quality finish. Stamped to the back "Pitt's Patent London, H & s", "Hart & Son" and a makers crest.
  •  6cm (2 1/2") wide
  • will project 6cm (2 1/2") from the door

These are suitable for doors fitted with mortice locks, or push pull mechanisms and they come complete with replacement connecting bars.

The solid brass collars have a lovely patina, but should polish up beautifully if that's the look you prefer. We can offer a professional polishing service for a small fee.

These are exceptionally high quality handles
